At Mens Gold Jewelry, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our gold chains, rings, and bracelets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original luxury velvet box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gold for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
